Booking Terms and Conditions
The prices are subject to variation in the event of VAT changes. Cancellations may be made up to July 5th 2026 for a full refund.
It is the responsibility of delegates to look after their valuables. ManorCon cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items.
Delegates must abide by the Health and Safety regulations and Security regulations of the University of Northampton.
Delegates must report all accidents, incidents and damage to the convention organisers as soon as possible.
Delegates shall be responsible for any charges levied on the convention by the University in relation to their booking. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Lost key card – £50.
- Smoking indoors – £125.
- Fire brigade call-out – £300.
By booking, delegates are assumed to have read and agreed to our Code of Conduct (http://manorcon.org.uk/code-of-conduct/).
Data Protection: Details of your booking are stored on computers for the purposes of fulfilling your booking; for room bookings only, this includes providing minimal information (names only) to the University of Northampton. We do not give or sell any personal information to any other individuals or organisations.
