Information as of 4th April 2020.
ManorCon is currently still going ahead, but this is of course subject to the government advice at the time. Obviously for it to go ahead, the current restrictions need to be relaxed. Who knows whether this will happen in 6 weeks or 6 months. Both the committee and the venue are monitoring the situation. But it is currently 15 weeks away - so if the plan to "turn the tide in 12 weeks" works out then it will go ahead.
ManorCon is therefore accepting registrations at this time, with a guarantee that if it does not go ahead, you will be able to choose whether to get a full refund, or transfer your booking to ManorCon 2021.
In fact the greatest financial concern for the ManorCon committee is not cancellation of the event and having to refund everybody, it is the event going ahead and nobody turning up! So if you are planning to attend, please support the committee's work by booking, so that we have the comfort of knowing that if it is safe and legal for ManorCon to go ahead, we will have enough people there to make it financially viable.
